Courtesy of Caudle's Catch Seafood, this East Coast lobster roll recipe is a seasonal favourite.
Makes: 6 rolls
|1 1/2 lb||Fresh lobster meat (freshly chopped)|
|6 cups||Celery (finely chopped)|
|3 tbsp.||Red onion (finely diced)|
|1 1/2||Lemons to juice|
|To taste||Salt and pepper|
|6||Hot dog buns|
|Green leaf lettuce|
- Combine lobster, celery, red onion and mayonnaise, stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper and stir well until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Place a piece of green leaf lettuce on a hot dog bun and top with the lobster salad mix, serve with potato chips.
