Recipe: East Coast Lobster Rolls

East Coast Lobster Roll-01

Courtesy of Caudle's Catch Seafood, this East Coast lobster roll recipe is a seasonal favourite.


Makes: 6 rolls

1 1/2 lb Fresh lobster meat (freshly chopped)
6 cups Celery (finely chopped)
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
3 tbsp. Red onion (finely diced)
1 1/2 Lemons to juice
To taste Salt and pepper
6 Hot dog buns
  Green leaf lettuce


  1. Combine lobster, celery, red onion and mayonnaise, stir well. 
  2. Season with salt and pepper and stir well until all ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Place a piece of green leaf lettuce on a hot dog bun and top with the lobster salad mix, serve with potato chips.
